The VividCortex application displays data and hosts during a selected time period. The Time Selector is responsible for controlling this range and excluding hosts that are not active during the range. It is located in the right-hand side of the top navigation bar.
Clicking on the Time Selector will activate it. The Time Selector lets you choose both the interval and the start or end point. By default, you will see an interval ending at the current time.
To change from an interval to a specific start time, change the Preset drop-down menu and select an exact start time.
You can similarly change the end time. The arrows next to the time selector will let you page backwards and forwards in time.
Data is available at one-second granularity for three days, and at one-minute granularity for 30 days. For Professional-tier customers, we also keep 10-minute granularity data for 13 months; for Enterprise-tier customers, data at 10-minute granularity is kept for three years.
